Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta and are scheduled arrive within 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge per address, we can expedite delivery by USPS to most destinations in 2 – 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Options:
Standard Delivery (Ground)
USPS Ground will deliver your package within 10 business days from receipt of your order. Most of the orders shipped with Standard USPS Ground option. To determine when your package will arrive, please check the tracking number we provided you.
Express Delivery (Overnight)
USPS has been selected as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please call our order department at (800) 705-6940.
Out of Stock Items:
The items on the website without the mention “out of stock” should be in our warehouse. We apologize if some items are out of stock and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.
There is no shipping promotion.
It is Enomatic USA’s (Neodistributing LLC) intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 10 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Sales tax is collected on total merchandise orders delivered to GA. Some states also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges.
